I was born in Orofino, ID and the last of 5 kids. I loved living in a small town which allowed me to take a larger role in the community. I was able to enjoy many outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, skiing and more. When I was 16 my family and I moved to Boise, Idaho where I attended and graduated from Capital High School.
After graduating High School I had the wonderful opportunity of serving a 2 year mission for my Church in Nebraska which allowed me to serve my fellow brothers and sisters in many different capacities. After my mission I attended Boise State University, earning my Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2012. While attending Boise State I met my beautiful wife and the love of my life Lyndsay Gentry.
Shortly thereafter, we moved to Miami, FL where I attended Barry University Podiatry Medical School. I learned a great deal of foot and ankle care and how important the foot and ankle is to daily living. During my 4 years there I was able to be a leader in my Church which allowed me to serve the community.
I graduated from Podiatry Medical School in 2017 and did a year of residency in Johnson City Tennessee and finished up my training with 3 years in New York City at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. During my residency training I was able to master surgical skills in flat foot reconstruction, trauma, forefoot and rearfoot pathologies and arthroscopies. Due to the vastly diverse and dense population of NYC I was allowed to treat pathologies less common to our profession. I enjoy treating all types of foot and ankle problems such as flat feet, trauma, hammertoes, bunions, arthritis, sport injuries, tendon pathologies and wounds. I am board certified through the American Board of Podiatric medicine (ABPM).
I'm a proud father of 5 children, 4 boys and 1 girl. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hunting, sports, skiing and pretty much anything outdoors. My family and I are active in our Church which brings us a great deal of joy. I’m excited to be part of the Roseburg community.
