Not I would, but I do recommend Dr Smith to everyone I talk to that I know has foot issues. I am a diabetic and have many feet issues over the years. Cordell has done 2 surgeries on my feet over the last 5 years I truly believe if it wasn't for him I would have already lost my feet to amputation. His staff is also very friendly and if I have any issues there really good about getting me right in. I wouldn't see anyone else in Douglas county:)

I had an extremely positive experience at RF&A! Dr. Smith was very gentle, went over the x-rays thoroughly and proceeded to numb my toe where the tear had occurred, and gave me the most painless cortisone shot I've ever had....and I've had a few over the years on various parts of my body. He discussed options for healing the tear and treated me with nothing but kindness and concern. The staff is one of the best I've seen in a long time too!!!

The staff is excellent. All are professional and courteous, and Dr. Keplinger is a great guy and a perfect addition. I’ve seen him 3 times and couldn’t ask for someone better to deal with.

No words can express the gratitude I have for Dr. Smith. Because of him I still have my two feet. I was suffering from severe diabetic foot ulcers and he solved the problem and did foot surgery twice. He is the kindest most professional Dr. I have had the pleasure of knowing. Dr. Smith is an intelligent and polite man and so is his staff very professional. The surgery on my foot was a partial amputation. Dr. Smith made me feel very secure through the process. I first met Dr.Kash Siepert on Sept. 18,2012 and was very impressed with the consultation. His honesty in recommending what he would try to do in correcting a painful bunion. I had surgery on my foot previously and a screw had come loose and caused an irritation when walking. He'd try to remove the screw but discussed the options if he couldn't get it out. I had a really sore toe and Dr. Smith took care of the problem and treated it thoroughly. It was wonderful meeting such a friendly, new doctor in Roseburg. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Smith saved my life! He diagnosed a life threatening bone infection in my right toe, and after extensive antibiotics and his surgical skill, I am now alive and well. My advise is to see Dr. Smith and take care of your feet.
