In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions. Due to the overwhelming effects of the most recent Covid-19 outbreak and mandated social-distancing regulations, we have decided to run our clinic only in the mornings. This will allow us to visit our high risk patients while also protecting our high risk populations, and staff, from undue contact with physicians, staff, and one another. We also ask those that arrive for their appointments to call from their vehicles, or walk in to the check-in desk, and then wait in your vehicles until a clinic room is available. Thanks for your understanding. Together, we can protect our community and fight back against this unruly virus.
Your opinion is important to us! Please let us know about your visit.
"I have been a patient of Dr. Kash Siepert for many years. I hadn’t been back since 2010 and needed to get new orthotics. He has a great staff and is a really good doctor. I was given a two week window for delivery of the orthotics, they arrived in three business days! I would highly recommend Dr. Siepert to anyone. He is kind, considerate, compassionate and very professional"
"Dr Smith was caring and thorough - his staff was friendly and competent and truly compassionate with special needs patients. I was impressed with the way this office and the care providers worked with one another and with the patients. Kudos!!!"
"This is a place that you would feel better after visiting. I suffer from diabetic foot ulcers and have received nothing but the best care from Dr. Smith and his staff. Always polite and professional and I have never felt rushed in and out like other places. They genuinely care for you and your feet. Thanks Doc n gang....."
"Not I would, but I do recommend Dr Smith to everyone I talk to that I know has foot issues. I am a diabetic and have many feet issues over the years. Cordell has done 2 surgeries on my feet over the last 5 years I truly believe if it wasn't for him I would have already lost my feet to amputation. His staff is also very friendly and if I have any issues there really good about getting me right in. I wouldn't see anyone else in Douglas county:)"
"I had an extremely positive experience at RF&A! Dr. Smith was very gentle, went over the x-rays thoroughly and proceeded to numb my toe where the tear had occurred, and gave me the most painless cortisone shot I've ever had....and I've had a few over the years on various parts of my body. He discussed options for healing the tear and treated me with nothing but kindness and concern. The staff is one of the best I've seen in a long time too!!!"

"The staff is excellent. All are professional and courteous, and Dr. Keplinger is a great guy and a perfect addition. I’ve seen him 3 times and couldn’t ask for someone better to deal with."
"No words can express the gratitude I have for Dr. Smith. Because of him I still have my two feet. I was suffering from severe diabetic foot ulcers and he solved the problem and did foot surgery twice. He is the kindest most professional Dr. I have had the pleasure of knowing. He explained everything completely. The staff there are like family and treated me with respect and kindness, and even managed to make me laugh. I would urge anyone with any kind of foot problem to see Dr. Smith now!!!"
"My name is Steven Q. and I am proud to be an American where we have such excellent medical care. I am talking about my foot doctor and surgeon Cordell Smith. Dr. Smith is an intelligent and polite man and so is his staff very professional. The surgery on my foot was a partial amputation. Dr. Smith made me feel very secure through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
"I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Dr. Siepert and his staff. I had been procrastinating a much needed procedure for far too long. They all put me at ease and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you, Dr. Siepert and everyone in the office!!"
"I first met Dr.Kash Siepert on Sept. 18,2012 and was very impressed with the consultation. His honesty in recommending what he would try to do in correcting a painful bunion. I had surgery on my foot previously and a screw had come loose and caused an irritation when walking. He'd try to remove the screw but discussed the options if he couldn't get it out. His staff were very professional and courteous. The repair surgery was then scheduled for Nov. 8th at Mercy Surgery Center. I have exprienced excellent care there for other medical problems. We are very fortunate to have access to such a great facility.
Thank you again Dr.Siepert and your staff."

"Dr. Smith did an excellent job with my foot surgery and my tendon surgery. I am now able to go on long walks with my daughter. Thank you!"
"Dear Dr. Vu,
I am writing to provide feedback from my recent surgery experience at the Oregon Surgery Center. I discovered your core value of “Excellence" showing with each interaction I had with the staff. From pre-calls ensuring I’d be there on time, to the name tag on the locker for my clothes, and the pre-surgery explanations I experienced personal touches executed by a team taking their mission seriously. the team seemed to enjoy working together and made me feel comfortable.
Sometimes our hometown takes criticism for lagging in quality or sophistication. There was nothing lacking in the level of service or care I received during my procedure. I believe that poor service can happen by accident, but excellent service like I received is a direct result of teamwork and intentional leadership making sure every part of the customer experience is handled well
All the Best,"
